Weekly Rates - CALL TO FIND OUT ABOUT MONTHLY RATES
The following rates are for general guidance only. Rates vary with season and availability. Actual rates are available upon reservation online.

PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE 14% HOTEL TAX

$190 - Small Single Room
$210 - Medium Single Room
$230 - Large Single Room
$285 - Large Double Room

$50 Deposit
A $25 reservation deposit is required upon reservation. Reservation deposit is refunded if cancellation is made THREE days prior to check-in or upon check-out. A second $25 key deposit is required upon check-in.

All deposit fully refunded provided no missing or damaged items in room and hotel.

Pet Policy
No Pets Allowed

Late Check Out Policy
One full night will be charged to customers that checkout past Noon, unless prior arrangments are made.

28 Day Maximum Stay Policy
No guests hotel stay will be allowed to extend past 28 days (4 Weeks).

Overnight Guest Policy
There is a $15 per night charge for anyone having overnight guests. Guests must notify office ahead of time.

Early Checkout Policy
Must give 24-hour advance notice for checkout earlier than scheduled check out date. Failure to do so will result in full charges. Guest must be checked in for a full 7 days (1 week) to be eligible for refunds.
